*warning: long post ahead*

now for events in year 2008. had lots of fun with the BN band, OBOG, PST, ASC, Our Days and Valience gang.

In January '08, me, kadri, asmah went back to bedok north to join in the alumni band for bedok north band concert. we had lots of fun and sadness from the practices and rehearsals.



In feburary, there's chinese new year. Our Days people went to each other house to bai nian.

as usual, we played $$ by gambling with blackjack. i earned quite a huge amount of $$ from them, thanks to Qing Hui's house and my house. at first we went to Xiao Yan's house, then to Ting Ting's, next to Samuel's and to Tao Guang's, finally Qing Hui's and then mine. i did not win a lot at first. but after Tao Guang kept losing $$, then i kept winning. by the time we played at Qing Hui's house, he already lost $30 while i won more than $10 i think.

Next is my birthday =) Ting Ting left for hainan island for her OSIP so she could not make it for my celebration. but its alright. she's back now with her birthday present for me and Samuel. we went to wild wild wet for a day of fun and enjoyment. photos not to be included cause no figure to show! hahaha!

i can say i have received the most incredible birthday present from Samuel. haha he's smart to give me that present before price hike. how did you know that starvation is coming?? haha anyway, he gave me this pack of goodies, which contains Wadever, Anything, snacks like Lays potato chips and drinks.

next up is Samuel's birthday in april '08. Our Days people played a prank on Ting Ting, who is still at hainan island at that time. Yang Yi went to make a long-distance call to Ting Ting and ask her to sing birthday song to Samuel. its very funny and i still got the recording =x



then we skipped all the way until Ting Ting is back from hainan island on 1st August. Samuel printed out faces of her and also a cartoon version while Tao Guang printed a banner specially for her.





the banner is so sweet~ from the words: 我们想念你 (we miss you) became 我们想恋你 (we miss loving you). just a 'lian' and a 'nian' makes a huge misunderstanding. haha. at first i did not notice cause i was late and when i reached there, Tao Guang is already holding the banner, with the back facing me. but he admitted its typo error so no misunderstanding ar. haha.

in the next 1 week, we celebrated Qing Hui's (28/7) and Ting Ting's (4/8) birthday.

ok that's roughly the stuffs i did in year 2008. except that i did not mention my mugging and playing time in school. 2008 has been a busy year for me. Valience in week 0. lots of projects. main committee of ASC, pubicity post. OBOG band practices. hanging out and working with Kelvin and Yue Xiang. and awaiting outing with Joaquim and Wei Jun.
