finally i remembered what i wanted to blog about. firstly, my parents are back from holiday in Australia. yay! and they brought lots of chocs and nuts, especially the loved macadamia nuts! i missed the honey flavour ones, ever since i was back from Australia a few years ago.

secondly, i realised there's a lot of albums coming out in the month of October and November. i shall briefly highlight each of the albums.



Jay's Magician Jay (魔杰座) is a big hit in the Chinese market industry. as i have mentioned earlier, the type of songs is the very-Jay feel. not much difference in his previous few albums but is good nevertheless.




Rainie's Not Yet a Woman (半熟宣言) just came out this week or so. she has changed her image from a cute girl to a pretty lady. even her publicity photo says so. it seems that Rainie doesn't want to completely changed her image into a matured lady. this album marks the end of her 5-year contract with SonyBMG.



what can i say about S.H.E's FM S.H.E. actually some of the songs are quite ok or sounds nice. looking back at their past albums, i believe they will be better off if they stick back to slow pop and a little of rock.



Mayday's Poetry Of The Day After (后青春期的诗) is another big hit in Taiwan. the songs are refreshing, with some hokkien songs in the album. i think it is safe to assume that nobody knows band like Mayday. they are the one and only irreplaceable rock band in the Chinese hits.



Kelly has added a lot of effort in her album, Smiling Kelly. she went to cut her long hair just for the photoshoot for her new album. and yes, i can see the effort but more improvement is possible. she needs to find her own sound image and head towards that direction. hope she is successful in her career.

the album images are copied from some China websites, so if it is different from your album images, don't blame me >.<" overall, i would say i prefer Mayday's new album. they are indeed the only distinct bands among the rest, in terms of quality and variety of songs. of course, the rest of the singers are acknowledged for their hardwork and effort put in their albums. these are only a few of my favourite singers, with their new albums. they are a lot more others out there waiting for everyone to acknowledge. wish all artists' 专辑大卖!
